Durch deine Arbeit hilfst du unseren Missionaren im In- und Ausland den administrativen Aufwand zu bewältigen. Du trägst wesentlich dazu bei, dass sie ermutigt und im Dienst gesegnet werden.
Required Skills
Deine Aufgaben:
- Eingabe der Zeiterfassung unserer Angestellten auf Minijob-Basis
- Pflege der Urlaubs- und Krankheitstage
- Unterstützung bei Eintragungen in unterschiedlichen Datenbanken
- Archivierung von Dokumenten und Akten
- Einladungsschreiben und Verpflichtungserklärungen für internationale Gäste erstellen, beantragen und verschicken
- Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei der Vertragserstellung von Entsendungen
Dein Profil:
- Eine persönliche Beziehung mit Jesus und eine Identifikation mit den Werten und der Vision von OM Deutschland
- Bereitschaft zum Aufbau eines Freundeskreises zur teilweisen Finanzierung der Lohnkosten
- Du siehst die Mitarbeiter hinter den Daten
- Du kennst dich mit MS-Office aus und bist bereit, dich in Datenbanken einzuarbeiten
- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch in Wort und Schrift
