David Rolles

David Rolles, from the UK, joined OM in 2023 and serves as Operations Director for OM in the Caribbean. His early childhood was spent in Italy, where his parents were missionaries, and he returned there as part of his bachelor’s degree at Reading University. David also holds an MA in theology from Birmingham University. His career included finance, IT and operations roles in two international companies and two smaller organisations, and he went to serve as Operations Director in his church for 20 years, alongside planning and organising international conferences and summer camps for the Salt Light church network. David is a member of his church’s senior leadership and missions teams and has served on nine different boards. David and wife Jane have two daughters and four grandchildren.
