Across OM, we have an urgent need for people gifted in administration to aid ministry taking place on the mission field. Those with administrative skills are needed in almost every facet of ministry to ensure efficiency, and that tasks, paperwork and coordination involved in organising people and events are accomplished with completeness and attention to detail. If this describes you, consider how you can use those gifts to see more VCJF among the least reached.

Do you want to reach people in Lesotho with the gospel? Are you passionate about conveying a vision for Lesotho to people around the world? We are looking for men or women to advertise, arrange, and facilitate all international outreaches into Lesotho. The local team is very experienced in hosting outreaches but, needs a full-time coordinator with a passion for short-term ministry. There are 10 - 12 international outreach teams and individuals coming to Lesotho every year, staying for anything between a long weekend, up to 3 months of the year.
You would organize the outreaches that support the efforts of discipleship-making and church planting in rural Lesotho. You would need strong gifts in administration, organization, and good people skills. You should be willing to live a very basic, but adventurous lifestyle in Lesotho. You will need a willingness to learn the local language as well as humility and flexibility.
The appointed person will be required to attend some basic missions courses if they have not completed the basic OM missions programs.
Please note: This is a non-salaried position. Members need to raise funds and support in partnerships with friends, family and churches.
