OM Albania is a growing, dynamic mission field. In order to fulfill the Vision of OM Albania, we need a hardworking, motivated, and experienced individual who can help us to thrive financially. We want to see long term, permanent relationships with sponsors and supporting organisations built so that our ministry has enough access to finances and prayer support. We like to see capital formation, allocation of risk, expansion, deepening and broadening financial relationships.
Required Skills

Previous experience in financial development Knowledge of missions organisations Fluency in English Willingness to learn Albanian Ability to network Good communications and writing skills
This is not a paid position, financial support will need to be raised for life on the field.
