Leading and Developing the HR Department
Staff development and Member Care
Managing and coming up with team life activities
Engaging in and with our team members
Able to coordinate others to enhance member care
Qualifications include:
Some experience in pastoral/people care required.
A love and desire to care for people
Approachable and values people
Flexible
Fluent in English.
Good communication skills
A servant heart
A passion to develop people to enable them to serve long term on the mission field
Culturally sensitive
Respects confidentiality
Spiritual mature
