Partnership Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to manage and analyse data related to partnerships, volunteers, and financial development. This role will provide actionable insights, support financial growth strategies, and enhance operational efficiency so we can effectively steward God-given workers and resources.

Required Skills

Core Competencies

A spiritually mature Christian
A passion for Christian ministry with empathy and compassion towards the least reached
Ability to work well collaboratively in a team
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Technical Competencies

Experience in data analysis, preferably in nonprofit or finance development sectors
Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and CRM/database management systems
Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting, and fundraising analytics
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Commitment to fostering sustainable financial growth and community engagement
